Backwoods Grit Co. started with a simple frustration – most of what's out there just doesn't hold up.

Cheap materials. Mass-produced designs. Things that look good for a minute, then fall apart just as fast. Somewhere along the way, it all started to feel the same...like it was made to sell, not made to last.

This brand is built to push back on that.

I've always been drawn to a certain look – rugged, worn-in, earned. The kind of gear that feels like it belongs in the backseat of a truck, out on a hunt, or thrown on after a long day's work. Not polished. Not perfect. Just real.

At the same time, this brand comes from a life I didn't grow up expecting.

I'm a girl from Nebraska who found her way out West – and somewhere along the line, those two worlds blended together. Midwest roots, western grit, backwoods miles, blue-collar days, and a deep appeciation for the kind of life you don't rush through.

That's what this is about.
